My experience with Down the Aisle was perfect! Sharon was so attentive and did a great job finding the dress I envisioned for the wedding at my first appointment. They have so many dresses to choose from in every style you could imagine. The price was fair for the gorgeous dress I ordered and she helped with strap suggestions and added detail. The bridesmaids dresses were perfect and the girls at the shop did a great job at finding the perfect style and color for our wedding. Sharon helped my find the perfect veil to go with my dress and my personality, simple and elegant. She also helped find the shoes I wanted. At the last minute we had to order a flower girl dress and the girls at the shop were so helpful and easy to work with when getting a dress so last minute. Everything came in on time and worked out perfect. I would absolutely recommend this shop to any bride looking for their dress and accessories and dresses for the bridal party. The overall experience was great.

I purchased my wedding gown from Down the Aisle. They were the first place I went and they set the bar high. They were very professional and had a diverse selection. I checked out a few other places for good measure, but realized my dress was at Down the Aisle. I was happy to return there as the ladies were great to work with.

I was recently referred to Down the Aisle by a friend and was pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful wedding shop. The decor was so elegant and the dresses so amazing, I thought for sure I would not be able to afford a gown here. Andrea assisted me and assurred me that the prices were/are very reasonable. I didnt know what I was looking for exactly but Andrea has so much knowledge and quickly had some dresses picked out for me to try on. She knew what would look good on me for my shape (plus size) and made me feel so comfortable. I truly felt like a beautiful bride to be and found the "perfect" gown. I couldnt have asked for anything more. I was able to get my shoes and accessories there as well and all within my budget. I love one stop shopping! Andrea is professional, respectful, and courteous and goes out of her way for her customers. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know for their wedding attire needs. Thank you for everything Andrea! You have made this experience such a happy one for me and I am truly grateful.

I can't say enough good things about Down the Aisle. They were the first place I went to try on wedding dresses....and after about 3- I found it! At first I was a bit hesitant because all I saw were white, strapless gowns...and that was NOT what I wanted. But Andrea is so great at what she does! She knows her stuff and knew which dresses could come in different shades, with optional straps, etc. When you go into a bridal shop...talk to the people! Don't just judge what you see on the rack! I ended up with exactly what I wanted...and my dress looks very different from what I originally tried on from the rack! The girls even opened the shop early for my fitting since I had an appointment with my seamstress that day! They even have Spanx there! One stop shopping!

Andrea and Sharon are the most accommodating people to work with. They treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire process of planning my daughter's wedding. They went above and beyond to solve any problem that cropped up. Their selection is the best on the Central Coast!

I bought my wedding gown here, and my father and brother rented their tuxedos here (after getting measured in their own hometowns). The dress-buying experience was wonderful; I was really nervous about shopping and unsure about what I wanted, so we just kept trying gowns until we narrowed it down and I loved the dress I ended up with (which was under budget!). The dress came in several weeks before it was expected, which was nice, and I had plenty of time for alterations. The tuxedos were fine, though one was missing the suspenders (they immediately credited the account) and the the other's jacket sleeves were a bit short (they immediately re-hemmed them correctly). I would definitely recommend (and the store itself recommended) trying on the tuxedos in the store when you pick them up -- since they're getting shipped in from elsewhere it's so easy for there to be problems. I did sometimes have to wait a while for my phone calls to be returned, but it never caused a problem and they were much quicker to call back as my wedding date approached. They were very flexible in finding a time to return the tuxedos, since my wedding party was from out of town and leaving the day after the wedding, while we'd be on our honeymoon. Overall, it was a great experience.

Down the Aisle is the quaintest boutique Bridal Dress shop I have ever seen. They have a huge selection of dresses to choose from and they have the best customer service around. When you walk into the shop you know this is no ordinary bridal dress store. It is like a fairytale. The owner Sharon will provide you with a personal assistant throughout the shopping experience to help you try on any dress you wish and help really narrow down the selection to help you find the perfect dress that will make you look your best with whatever size figure you have. They are simply amazing! I have had many girlfriends who have had the same experience and I will glady bring any of my newly engaged girlfriends to Down the Aisle so they can have a wonderful dress shopping experience. I had a great experience with Down the Aisle. I ordered my dress last minute and they were great about making sure it came in on time. Their selection is amazing!! I am sure any bride could find something!! I definitely recommend this store.

Do not rely on this place for your tuxes! We had given Down the Aisle a lot of business in the past few years with numberous weddings. But for MY wedding there was a HUGE hiccup! All the groomsmen submitted their sizes at least three months prior to the wedding but more than half of them (including my groom and our fathers) didn't get their entire tux in until the day BEFORE the wedding! THEN, when we finally received them all and drove down to Santa Barbara the night before the wedding, I realized they were all the WRONG tuxes!!! I really wanted the newest charcoal grey tux and we ended up receiving the light grey ones that were not new! And, our fathers were sent the wrong colored ties! This was the last thing we wanted to deal with the day prior! I don't know how this happened or why they wait until the last possible minute to receive the tuxes for such a big occasion. I did get a call with an apology but at that point there was nothing that could help fix this mistake. I really relied on this place to pull through as I had been frequently stopping by so much that Sharon knew my name. I'm not sure how the wedding gown business is from Down the Aisle, but I hope it's much better than the tux rentals!!P.S. After viewing the pictures from our wedding, we noticed that ALL 10 groomsmen's pants were way too long and bulging at the bottom. And a couple of their sleeves were 3/4 length! Our parents were very upset that we had to crop many pictures so that you wouldn't see the sloppiness! Very upseting.

Sharon was patient, kind and courteous. She relaxed a very reluctant bride and found me the perfect wedding dress. She worked with our budget and willingly shared her wealth of knowledge. I was truly dreading finding a dress, but Sharon made it a very positive experience.

Has excellent service, were kind. A little snippy at times but I accomplished what I needed to. Frustrating that they rarely ever returned my call but ultimately, was glad that I left w/ a beautiful dress

I went to Down The Aisle because everyone I knew recommended them & now I know why! Andrea was wonderful and very helpful! They have a wide selection of dresses all very affordable. When I went in, she said all the dresses were under $2,000. Not sure if that is still accurate, but you won't be disappointed! Loved them & would recommend them to anyone!

I did not go here to try on dresses but if I had to do it over I would. My mom went here a week before the wedding. She did not have anything to wear. They were about to close and they lady let her and try on everything. She ended up getting the dress and loved it!!

Andrea and Sharon gave impeccable service to us. They were very professional, welcoming and thorough. We got our flower girl dress, hair accessory, and suit attire for the groom and ring bearer from Down the Aisle. They were personable, passionate and efficient in every way. They returned calls and emails very quickly and made us feel so special and important. The quality of their merchandise is top notch. Thank you ladies for all you did for us!

The staff was very helpful! I loved my dress. I would absolutly reccomend Down the Aisle!! My husband and his groomsmen all ordered their tux's from Down the Aisle, there was a few mix up and 2 tux's had to be re-ordered and over nighted in order to have them ready for the wedding, fortunatly they did get there on time.

I LOVED MY DRESS, got a really good price for a Maggie Sottero dress.

There were so many beautiful dresses that I had a hard time picking, but I found the PERFECT dress, and I have had many people say it is one of the prettiest that they have ever seen. My bridesmaids absolutely loved their dresses, which also received many compliments. And, the prices were surprisingly low. These dresses looked like ones I had seen for thousands at other stores. The service was amazing. When I wanted a certain pair of earrings, but they had already sold, Andrea moved heaven and earth to get them for me. Andrea and Sharon were certainly professional, but they were also warm and personable. They made the whole experience a pleasure!

I loved the dress selection here! So great, that when I went in to pick up my dress, I dared not look around at the other beautiful ones. They were very helpful in my selection and worked with me on my time frame and budget well. My dress came very quickly! However, I ordered shoes from them and they made a mistake (but wouldn't own to it), which caused them to not come in time (My dress came super fast and my shoes couldn't make it in the 2 months?) Fortunately, I was able to order them from a wedding shoe website and get them dyed a week ahead of the wedding. Why they couldn't accomplish that when it is their career, I'm not sure. However, they did provide me with the sample shoe for my dress fitting, which was helpful, and they refunded the full cost of the shoes.

I have to begin by saying I was not your average bride. I did not go in with a "vision" of my perfect dress or any clue what direction to take. I had a very tight budget and was only in to see if any samples would work. I had my future monther-law-law, future grandmother-in-law and a girlfriend with me as my support and fashion experts... Andrea was so, so patient with me. After trying on about 5 dresses of my own choosing she asked me if I would mind trying on one she picked out. It did not look like anything I would have chosen but she had been so sweet it was the least I could do. IT WAS PERFECT!! Nothing I would have ever imagined yet now, I can't see me getting married in anything different. She stayed within my budget perfectly and had a satisfied customer. I went back months later just to look at veils and shoes and again, Andrea stepped up to the call of duty. She even remembered me and the group I was with. She remembered my dress perfectly and without even having it there found a veil that looked like it was designed for the dress and shoes that were comfortable, able to wear on grass since I had a garden wedding and actually were comfortable! Not to mention, neither were even on display which means she understood me well enough to go into the back and dig for that "perfect" fit! AND both were on sale!!!!I am happy to say now when people look at my photos and compliment my dress that I was 100% styled by Down the Aisle!

Excellent vendor to work with. Professional without being stuffy. And none of that hard-sell you often get at bridal salons.
