Dress My Party - Party Rentals

This company is just AMAZING! I had the help of Jennifer, the design consultant, and she was an absolute heaven sent! She made my day wonderful, effective, and truly special. They are great to not up-sell you things you do not need, are honest about what works/what doesn't and are extremely patient with don't-know-anything-about-wedding brides like myself! So extremely helpful and sweet, this company gave me everything that I needed and took care of so much for me! They were on time, professional, and worked hard to make sure all my needs were met. The value for this amazing service on top of the pristine quality items they rented to me, is just mind blowing! They made my day so special and easy! Recommend this company to everyone; two thumbs up and all positive feedback!

The sales rep we dealt with was pushy and almost outright rude. Part of her off-putting and unnecessary sales pitch had been that DMP was the only rental company in SoCal that had magenta-colored water goblets (which is true…our wedding planner had called 30+ companies looking for purple or pink colored stemware). Of course, I assumed that meant DMP really did have the goblets, you know… in their possession. Not so. After we went through hoops to sign their ridiculous (and poorly-written) 12-page contract, DMP called the week of the wedding to say that the goblets were stuck in international customs and wouldn’t arrive in time for the wedding. They gave us a refund, but left us hanging at the last minute, right when things were most stressful. I feel it was a misleading and unethical business practice for DMP to enter into a contractual agreement to provide a specific item they didn’t even have.Having colored stemware was part of my vision for the wedding from the beginning, so we settled on pale purple tinted stemware from another company. That stemware didn’t have nearly the impact I wanted and would have gotten with the DMP glasses, but at least that company fulfilled their obligation. DMP was unreliable in my experience and I absolutely cannot recommend them.

Wow! Dress my party was the absolute best rental company I have ever worked with! Their linens were just gorgeous and Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with. She could not be more helpful and had such amazing ideas to help me out with my wedding! I absolutely recommend dress my party! They really know what they are doing and for unreal prices! I was blown away by Dress My Party! I'm not sure what Rubina is talking about...Dress My Party price matches so you can always get the lowest price...they were the lowest I found! Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and took her time to help me find my perfect look! They did an amazing and efficient job in setting up and had a lot of beautiful and unique items to choose from. A great selection overall! I wouldn 't have put my special day in anyone else's hands!

This place charges an arm and a leg in fees, and they act like they're doing you a favor by renting their stuff to you. Unfortunately, I didn't find any alternatives so I had to go with them. The tablecloths, chargers, candelabras, and cake stand that we rented were beautiful. But the people at this place were incredibly rude. We were going to use their chair covers initially, but they charge an insane amount of fees, such that the initial price balloons by a couple of dollars (which adds up if you're having 200+ chairs). Don't bother getting chair covers from here.

Jennifer was great to work with. She shared great tips and the guest tables looked great. Her recommendation for our sweetheart table made our special seating incredible. It was absolutely beautiful and I had many guests comment on how beautiful our table was. I would ABSOLUTELY use Dress My Party for another event and also highly recommend them.

This vendor was really good. The chairs we rented look very beautiful. They did a fantastic job and were really helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used Dress My Party for several parties and attended a few weddings with the decor designed from Dress My Party. Everything is always amazing and uniquely different. I love that they stay current with trends and always have great products and service. I always tell people about this place. i have tried so many different rental companies and now I dont go anywhere else. They have the best selection and the prices are amazingly the BEST out there. I really love how detailed they are with the contract - nothing is hidden and they ask a lot of details.

Jennifer at Dress My Chair was AWESOME!!! She was so sweet and she hooked it up for our wedding! The linens were amazing and they are at a VERY affordable price. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out if you need anything for your wedding. They have all kind of linens, napkins, chairs, plates, etc. Thanks Jennifer... you are amazing! :)

I rented chiavari chairs and a banquet table from here. The chairs are in super great shape and looked AMAZING; they drastically pulled together the chic look I was going for. The chair pads are stuck onto the chair via velcro on the seats and stuck throughout the evening. The banquet table was easily set up and broken down, and the chairs were delivered punctually-- a day prior to my event. Dress My Party really came through for me, and I am very glad I found them! I'll be renting from them again in the future-- for any parties because they can surely be used for any occasion!

The service was out of this world, helped us saved a lot of money so we can have other accommodations and made the wedding itself absolutely stellar.

These guys are extremely busy, so you must book early, but they did a fantastic job, at what me and my wife thought a fairly priced, cost.

I was beyond impressed. They provide you with the most beautiful equipment and such affordable cost. I was able spend more money on other service because of the money I saved. All of my guest thought everything looked like a million bucks and when they found out how much it really cost, they were floored! Thank you so much for making my day so elegant but affordable :)
