Let me start off by saying how amazing my hair looked for my wedding! It was so much more than I ever expected, and I am STILL getting compliments on it from guests that were at the wedding! Tara really took her time to make sure that everyone was happy with how they looked, and even helped with things that she was not hired for! Everyone's hair was unique to them and suited them perfectly! I am so so glad that I hired her and don't know what I would have done without her!

Tara was so awesome! She arrived on time, ready to go with a smile on her face! She asked me how I wanted my hair and I only had a vague idea but she was able to translate that idea into the perfect style for my day. Not only did my hair look fantastic when she finished at 9:30am, but it also looked fantastic at 11:00pm when the reception was over! Tara also did a wonderful job with my makeup; I have never felt so beautiful or received so many compliments on my makeup (which also lasted the entire day and night)! Thank you so much, Tara!

Tara with fairytale makeup and her team did makeup for myself and hair for me, my bridal party and the moms. Tara traveled all the way from Ventura to Solvang to do our makeup and hair in our hotel room, it was a very relaxing way to start the day. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing! I had a few girls who changed their minds about how they wanted their hair done and Tara worked hard to make sure everyone was happy. I was thrilled with my makeup and may hair looked great the whole night. I would recommend Tara to anyone!

Tara was so amazing! Her hair and makeup she did for my daughter's wedding was so professional and beautifully done. She asked for my opinions, I explained what I liked best and she came through with flying colors. My hair looked amazing. I thought "so this is what its like to have your own make up and hair person". My make up was flawless and beautiful. The bride looked exquisite! Tara came from Ventura to Santa Monica on a Sunday morning, on time and was ready to rock and roll! She had a calming effect on the bridal party and I highly recommend her. Tara really made me feel like the "Mother of the Bride". A wonderful experience!!

Tara is awesome, she always answered my mails right away, she works really fast and she's a cool girl ,she was doing my hair and make up i didn't even feel a bit nervous cause we were talking about everything but the wedding, seriously if you're the kind of bride that thinks your going to freak out the day of your wedding Tara is perfect for you, she is going to make time fly cause she's lots of fun. she is professional but in a relaxed way and she doesn't make you feel like she's doing you a favor by showing up on the contrary she is very grateful. i really liked that cause some of the make up artist that i talked to were extremely full of themselves. My wedding was pretty small and she traveled from Ventura to the venue in LA ( ON A FRIDAY AT 4:00 pm) to do only my hair & make up because i didn't have bridesmaids so that shows what kind of person she is. I loved the hair and make up, she did what i was expecting and more. LOVE everything about her and her work.

Tara was amazing. She and her assistant did the hair and makeup for 3 bridesmaids, 3 jr. bridesmaids, and myself. Each one look beautiful and the styles lasted all day. We all felt like princesses. :)

Tara was great! She came by my house to do my trial hair & make-up and made sure that I loved it before she left. On the day of my wedding she showed up @ 6:30 in the morning with reinforcements to take care of my wedding party. Tara was ready to go and I don't know how so early but in a great mood. She had to deal with one of my bridesmaids that had decided not to get her hair done the night before and washed her hair. Unfortunately that morning she decided to get her hair done and it was super wet. She has thick hair with a super tight curl needless to say it was not pretty. After 4 1/2 hours of preping her hair Tara was finally able to begin to style it. This left an hour to do my hair, make-up, and get dressed before my ceremony. Tara was able to get my hair & make-up done and help me get dressed. I got to my ceremony 15 mins. late!

Tara did an amazing job. The hair and makeup were perfect and lasted all day. She came to my house for the trial and was at my hotel at 3:30 am for my early Disneyland wedding. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great Job!

Fairytale Hair & Makeup did an incredible job at giving me the EXACT LOOK I was going for. Going through the trial run was a great idea because it gave me confidence before the day of the wedding of exactly what to expect. They were completely professional and pleasant girls to work with and made my day sweeter and smoother. They made me look flawless and beautiful for my big day! I love how my photos turned out! To put it simply: Tara was amazing! She was incredibly professional and she did a great job on hair and makeup. She was very receptive to what I wanted (especially with the hair) and the end result was better than I had imagined. I would highly recommend any bride to be to visit the Fairytale website and see what they have to offer. The fact that Tara came to me the morning of the wedding took out a lot of stress from the day - I didn’t have to go anywhere or worry about timing, she made sure we had enough time to get everything done. The whole team at Disney Fairytale Weddings was incredible, they definitely do their research when recommending vendors and Tara did not disappoint!

Tara and her company Fairytale Hair, Makeup and Mobile Spa was tremendous. She was so flexible with her schedule, (4 day notice). She made not only look but feel beautiful on my wedding day. I have received so many compliments because she took the time. She had everything with her to get the job done! She was so friendly and just made you feel comfortable. I am a contestant in the 6th Annual Miss Malibu beauty pageant and each girl has to do a photoshoot prior to the contest. The photoshoot was totally last minute and Tara Fontana (founder/hair stylist/makeup) was AMAZING. Not only did she come out to do my hair and makeup when I gave her such short notice (within 24 hours!), but she was very attentive and asked what look I was aiming for and nailed it! My hair and makeup were beyond perfect- my curls even withstood the ocean wind for the photoshoot! I couldn't be happier with the results (my photos)! Thank you so much Tara for making me look and feel beautiful!!

I'm so glad to have been refered to Fairytale Hair & MakeUp. I was very nervous at first having someone new style & cut my hair. I've been going to the same person my whole life to get my hair cut because she is a family friend & was never excited about how she would cut my hair. I sent Fairytale Hair & Makeup an email & Tara got back to me in less than an hour & was over the following week to cut & style my hair. She had an amazing personality & was all about what I wanted to do with my hair. I was so excited after Tara was done with my hair. In the past my hair would never curl. The curls would fall out within an hour & my hair would just look like a Big POOF. Now when I curl my hair its amazing that they stay ALL day now!!

Tara was fantastic. Very professional, great personality and definitely the right person for the job! She was very easy to communicate with via phone and e-mail...very prompt. The trial session answered a lot of my questions and helped me to prepare for what to expect on my big day. It was a big plus that she traveled to my wedding site. I liked being able to prepare without having to drive to a salon filled with other clients. The hair and makeup for my wedding was exactly what I had pictured. I felt beautiful and relaxed all day.
