Michaels Arts and Crafts

I just couldn't find the value in having our invitations printed by a professional. We know enough about a computer to be able to handle it ourselves. Michaels has a great selection of invites that suited our taste and with their coupons we were able to stock up on the quantity each week making it even more affordable. The only downer was that it is a bit time consuming.

I think it's ridiculous what some companies charge for invitations!! We got our BEAUTIFUL invitations from Micheal's and printed the wording ourselves. We saved a lot of money! And we didn't feel skimped on the outcome at all. I'm sure it depends on what store and what time of year you go. I found one set of invitations, and when I went there a few months later, I found the ones I loved even more, and they were so good about letting me exchange. I also found my guest book, candles, unity set, thank you cards, and so many of the "little things" that add up here. Michael's really helped us stay under budget, and they had a great selection - if you keep checking in.

They send out weekly coupons and have constant sales. It's impressive that in some stores, the wedding section is 2 or 3 aisles' worth.
