modern classic limousine

So this is a review of the sales team over at Modern Classic Limo, instead of the drivers. They were excellent. Arla called us and expressed how sorry she was for disappointing us, especially on our wedding day. She was very genuine, and super sweet. Both my husband and I explained the situation, and she told us everything they were doing to remedy the situation. I really appreciated the fact that she was so very nice and understanding, and that she agreed that the driver's behavior was inappropriate. Because of her, I would indeed consider using this service again, albeit not that particular driver. Thanks for taking the time to follow up with us, it was much appreciated.
