RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN - There is no guaranteed with this company! The drivers are not professionally trained. There is no guarantee that they will get you to your location on time, on their site it says "on time guaranteed" and even though it says that, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF THIS HAPPENS. On the return trip our driver was falling asleep and drifting into other lanes. Please trust me, dont hire this company.

One of the drivers was nice and polite, the other was so rude that I would not even consider recommending them. He was annoyed that he was hired to shuttle our wedding party in separate groups to the ceremony, and annoyed that multiple trips were needed to take all the guests back to the hotel. He told me I was weird for not riding with my bridal party because I needed more time to get ready and instead rode with my parents in the limo. The radio was broken and the air was blaring. When we got to the ceremony site, he opened the door and said, "Well, I guess congratulations. Good luck on that marriage." WOW. Lame. He was rude to my parents as well. And this was all before the ceremony. At the end of the night when guests were needing to be shuttled back to the hotel, they took one group and we said make sure and come back for us. They said of course. We waited for over and hour and then called (the hotel was 20 mins away.) They acted surprised that we needed to be picked up. Took them another 40 mins to get back to us. Really unprofessional and as far as I'm concerned, not worth more than the gas they used to drive us. Addendum: I was very annoyed when I wrote this, and forgot to include the positives. As far as the actual company goes, they were very polite and flexible in accomodating our requests. And after we called to say that the drivers never came back to pick us up and we needed to be driven back to the hotel, they simply asked us how many shuttles we needed, and then got in touch with the drivers to pick us up. Also, we were def on time getting to the ceremony, which was a huge plus. I realize this wasn't the actual company's fault, and that the one driver was the only one to blame. However, I can't rate the service higher because he made me feel like crud, and well, that sucks. Esp on your wedding day.
