Pearl was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always very communicative and transparent about the logistics and costs of their offerings, so it made this step of our planning much easier that I had imagined. We utilized their rectangular wood tables and rustic chairs for our family-style dinner and it brought the perfect amount of character we were going for to compliment the other style elements. We were able to take advantage of a winter promotion (a huge plus to getting married in March) so we found Unlimited Events to be a great choice on value. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I rented benches and glassware for my wedding from UEI and my orders mostly went smoothly. Stella was very quick to respond and was a pleasure to work with. She also was a bit flexible with the time of delivery of my items to the venue, which was great. The only glitch occurred when on the day of my wedding, I found out the glassware for whatever reason hadn't been delivered along with the benches! Fortunately, my venue took care of it since after I confirmed that the glasses were supposed to be delivered at the same time even though I had placed the orders months apart, that was the last I heard of the issue! And, we did manage to have glasses at the wine tasting during our cocktail hour, so either our venue managed to get them from our caterer, or UEI came through at the last-minute. Overall, I had a positive experience with UEI and found their prices to be very reasonable on average!

We were very happy with our service from Unlimited events for our wedding! Pearl was great to work with and very helpful! They had exactly what we were looking for...Rustic wooden tables!!! Hooray! We made changes here and there and Pearl was very good about getting back to us when we had questions. Everything was delivered on time and the wedding went off with no problems! I would definitely recommend them :)

Your wedding day should be one of the happiest days of your life. It is unfortunate when you encounter a vendor that lacks the professionalism that can create unnecessary headaches and havoc for your big day. Usually I do not like to complain unless it is completely necessary, but I do not wish this upon any other couple and warn others of the practices of Unlimited Events. Listed below are the obstacles that we have encountered with Unlimited Events: 1) The very first time we met with them, they were very disorganized. They couldn’t find our file and spent 15 minutes waiting for them before we could get started. 2) Although Pearl is a nice person, she lacks the ability and the knowledge of the business to manage it. Quotes are created by others and she lacks the communication necessary to help couples understand what steps need to be taken during this process. 3) Very slow to respond to quote requests. Even after they asked us to specify exactly what design theme we wanted to go with they still provided the wrong quote for the design we declined. After following up 3 times they finally provided the right quote a month later 4) Never asked the necessary questions. All our other vendors asked questions that were essential to this process (who our wedding coordinator was, what time they can come set up, etc.). 5) Even after the rental agreement fell to pieces the day before my wedding. We were able to work out the up lighting. What is the most frustrating part is that we had agreed upon using purple lights in everything and they delivered PINK!!! 6) They never disclosed and/or went over how the logistical process works. They didn’t ask the right questions and in the end, blamed us for things they said they didn’t know. During our discussions, they only focused on the layout and never brought up how and when the lighting would be delivered and installed. In the end this is what caused this rental agreement to fall apart. This is their line of business, not ours and like most couples, this was our first time going through the process. I highly suggest going with a company that your location or other vendors recommends. I should have gone with my instincts when I noticed they were not punctual and were not asking all the necessary questions like my other vendors (even one of the vendors informed me that they had a client that went through the same situation with Unlimited Events). Fortunately, my other vendors were extremely helpful and made up for the shortfalls of Unlimited Events. At the end of the day our wedding was fantastic, but no thanks to this company (who told us not only would they not do our event 1 day prior, but they were also going to charge us for it!) Unlimited Events failed to have the professionalism that all companies should have. I do not wish this upon anyone and I highly recommend that you do a thorough research before you commit to any one company.

Dear Jonathan, I just wanted to take time to say, "THANK YOU!" When Ken & I walked into the ballroom, we were in awe. You did an outstanding job! Everything was beautiful, from the beautiful wood tables at the Meadow to the decorations in the Peninsula Ballroom. The draping and chandelier exceeded my expectations! The table linens & the gold chivari chairs looked beautiful. The uplighting added a very nice touch, as well as the draping & lighting behind the cake table. And again, thank you for the extra effort you gave in sewing the last minute plum fabric to coordinate with your linens. I only rented a Party tent with heater, tables; chairs and linens. Everything was as expected, linens were beautiful and of quality, Everyone had a great time. The only regret is that I didn't reserve a second heater. The crew put up the tent where we indicated and was responsive to our needs. Thank God it was a beautiful day, no rain.

We worked with Pearl out of the Paso office of Unlimited Events. She was wonderful - helpful, flexible, and very nice. They provided all of our ceremony rentals (chairs, tables) at a very reasonable cost.

Pearl was so easy to work with and UEI was very flexible with their delivery times. I found their rentals of better quality for a better price than others that we looked at in the area. Excellent experience overall, especially considering how hard it is to find good vendors in the Central Coast area.

Be sure the customer understands all of the quote information provided.

UEI has the best quality on the Central Coast! They make their own linens, which make them more expensive to replace if damaged. The selection is great, and Pearl is very helpful. The rentals arrived on time, and a few things were incorrect, but the staff made good by it. The dance floor was not put together well, however, and it began to fall apart as the dancing ensued--guests had to try to hammer it back together! All in all, the rentals were great and we had a blast!
